We've just finished a survey that's been designed to gather feedback from members of the Doyalson RSL in NSW.
Clubs Consulting have been working with the club and initiated the survey (both paper based and online) to gather as much information from members to help them improve the club.
The online survey we developed allows Clubs Consulting to gather the data easily without the need to manually input information into a spreadsheet - improving turnaround and accuracy while at the same time giving members a better opportunity to contribute their feedback.
We also assist with scripts that crunch all the numbers once the data is collected, saving hours of work.
I think that covers it... all up, it's all good.
