Living up to their name - Smartartists

Smartartists manage some of Australias finest (and funniest) talent... Scared Weird Little Guys, Eddie Perfect, Kransky Sisters, Midnight Juggernauts, Paul McDermott, TISM, Casey Bennetto and Tim Minchin.

We've helped Smartartists manage publicity materials for their artists with an online setup that let's them add, update and remove publicity images, tech specs, bios etc. This means that they can access the info from any web browser and saves emailing large files to festivals and event co-ordinators.

Chocolates, Art & SA

We had the pleasure this week of meeting Kerry and Peter, over from South Australia, to finalise the Choc Art store and site. They spent an afternoon with us learning how to use the Content Management System for the website and keep all their products updated in the store.

Kerry has been helping Australians make their own chocolate for years, selling everything from ingredients to moulds from her eBay store.

Outgrowing eBay, we had the pleasure of helping Kerry transfer over into her new fully self updateable website and online store. This came with the benefit of being able to sample some of the goods and yeah that was, well....sweet ;)

Roaring Town

To support the upcoming advertising for The Black Sorrows new album, we've just completed a tool to allow Buxton Walker Publicity to capture pre-release interest from fans. A simple addition that will help make the most out of their advertising investment.

If you're a fan, why not register your interest?

The Black Sorrows

Joe Camilleri knows something about Australian history. In nearly 40 years on stage, the Black Sorrows is just one vehicle he’s driven clear into this country’s rock’n’roll pantheon.

We've just started work on the new Black Sorrows website which will include a complete discography of their 13 albums.

The Breakfast Show LIVE C31

About 2 weeks ago, Mark and I got up way too early and headed into town, not quite sure of what we were up for - we just knew it was called "The Breakfast Show LIVE".

The Channel 31 studios are located just opposite the Melbourne Baths in a very swanky building next to the Audi dealership. Laura Milke, the producer of "The Breakfast Show Live" kindly gave us the grand tour and allowed us to watch the program being telecast from the main control room.

The Breakfast Show LIVE

The pace of a live show is something that needs to be seen to be believed, and the crew and presenters do an outstanding job to make it look effortless on the screen.

We had the pleasure of meeting the on screen team made up of Emma Race, Justin Kennedy and Declan Fay. I have to say they are even funnier off camera - almost as funny as I am (when you combine their efforts).

It's always great working with fun people and we're looking forward to setting up "The Breakfast Show LIVE" website over the coming weeks.

Like Mark and I, they are a competitive bunch. At the moment they are trying to work out who is the "Hottest" out of the team. You can have your say on their "Hot or Not" scoreboard - be kind. No instruments were harmed in the production of these photos.

Oh yeah, you can tune in 7am on Friday for the next installment which can only be described as breakie radio meets breakie TV!
